Payment can be made with all major credit cards. All orders are processed in full at the time of shipment.
NET30 terms may be available for existing customers. Please inquire at email@example.com if you are interested in being approved. Any late payments will incur a 10% charge per month until paid in full.
Our typical turnaround is 5-7 business days, however, turnaround times vary. Please contact us directly regarding your delivery date.
We request that all of our products are displayed and sold in their original packaging. Any Boxed sets/packs may not be broken up and sold individually.
Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms, and we respectfully reserve the right to terminate any wholesale accounts that are not in compliance. By placing a wholesale order with us, either by e-mail or through an online order form, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the above wholesale terms and conditions.
CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES/ RETURNS
Any changes or cancellation of your order must be made within 24hrs of placing the order. This can be done via email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +44 7894450823. Any reductions or cancellations to your order made after 24hrs will be charged a restocking fee for 10% of the total deducted from your order.
All returns/damages or incorrectly shipped products must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of order, by email email@example.com or telephone +44 7894450823.
All products must be returned in unused and unopened condition, in their original packaging and must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt.
There may be certain products out of stock occasionally. We will ship all in-stock items and you will be notified of any products that are back ordered. Once an item is back in stock, it will be shipped to you immediately, unless you have directed otherwise.
