SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Mila & Willow ships all orders with either Royal Mail or a courier depending on the volume of your order. You will be notified of the courier choice after your purchase. All products ship from our shipping base located in Fintona, N.Ireland, UK.
Shipping is 7-10 business days for wholesale orders and 2-3 business days for Retail orders. International orders may take up to 21 days. Please allow extra time around holidays or notable occasions. If for any reason we can’t meet these times, you will be notified immediately. If you require your order on a specific date or time sensitive manner, please inform us at email@example.com and we will do our best to fulfil your request
We currently offer courier options for international orders. Mila & Willow is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you need your package to arrive in a time sensitive manner or on a specific date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to meet your request. Please note, however, even with the best shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:
Check with your neighbours to see if the package could have been left elsewhere.
Check your local post office or courier facility.
Contact us at email@example.com and include your order number.
We ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 5 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume the responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
Please note, Mila & Willow is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
